Major Incident Investigation

 

Our senior investigator has over 35 years experience investigating, evaluating and reporting on most, if not all, of the major incidents in the New York City area involving the major public utility. Some of these incidents were the Gramercy Park steam explosion, the Hell Gate Generating Station gas explosion, the Jodi Lane fatality case and more recently, the east 62nd Street gas explosion and the Lexington Avenue steam explosion. Our investigative team has vast knowledge in all aspects of the utility business including 30 years of trial preparation experience. Our lead investigator has testified in numerous cases in both state and federal courts, and has been qualified in the state courts as a trial expert in utility operations and incident investigation.
